Community Share is a program designed to create a resource bridge from the public library into K-12 schools, greatly expanding student access to age- and grade appropriate digital content. Students discover and borrow public library materials from their school’s online catalog using just their student ID. A single search returns all content provided by their school and the content shared from the local library in just one click. Community Share leads to an uptick in community readership, easy integration of classroom materials, and increased public library collections for children and teens.

Baker & Taylor has partnered with The Indie Author Project (IAP), a library-community wide effort to connect library patrons with great indie-published books. The Indie Author Project Select collection includes 500 top indie-published eBooks across multiple genres and audience levels, and features NY Times and USA Today best-selling authors and award winning titles.
The IAP Select collection provides unlimited, multi-user simultaneous access, with no per-circulation charges, turnaways or holds!
Baker & Taylor’s Pop Up Library creates instant access to your library’s Axis 360 collection from locations you choose. The Pop Up Library is made possible by a small network device, which is placed with community partners, such as businesses, government offices, local grocery stores and civic centers. Residents visiting these sites can access your library’s Axis 360 collection and download titles, which they can continue reading when they leave the site through the duration of the loan.
