Baker & Taylor is committed to our library partners as we collectively battle the COVID-19 pandemic

CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 9, 2020

To Our Valued Library Partners,

Baker & Taylor is committed to our library partners as we collectively battle the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19) pandemic. We have been serving libraries for over 190 years and we have been through a lot, together. As our communities make tough choices to keep citizens safe, I want you to know that we are here to support and serve you.

If your library system is changing operations or implementing temporary closures, please notify us immediately at customer.service@baker-taylor.com. Our team will work with you to determine the best process and solution for your library. Please continue to submit orders through Title Source 360 or EDI to ensure prompt materials delivery after you re-open.

We are offering some unique digital solutions to you and your patrons as many communities throughout our country are sheltering-in-place. Click here to learn more about these digital solutions or provide your information here and a Baker & Taylor team member will contact you. We are here, ready with creative and innovative services to help you continue serving your community.

We are also taking significant measures across Baker & Taylor offices and facilities to ensure the health and safety of our team members. This includes enhanced cleaning, restricting company travel, using work from home solutions, flexible scheduling and practicing social distancing.

Your Baker & Taylor team will continue to proactively support our team members and our customers during this challenging time. Please do not hesitate to reach out anytime or submit an idea you would like us to consider at BT_COVID_Questions@baker-taylor.com.

Sending you good health,
Aman Kochar
